The internal architecture of the Wi-FS019 model is based on the combination of a high-frequency three-phase brushless motor and an active thermoelectric cooling module based on the Peltier effect. At the centre of the aerodynamic turbine, an aeronautical aluminium disc acts as a cooling well. As soon as the cooling mode is activated, this disc undergoes an immediate thermal drop, allowing it to be applied directly to strategic skin areas (forehead, temples, neck) to instantly lower body temperature by conduction. The internal turbine, meanwhile, propels a condensed and directional column of air, capable of effectively cooling the user even in direct sunlight or saturated environments.

System management is centralised by an integrated circuit coupled with a highly legible LED digital display screen built into the handle of the device. This monitor displays in real-time the power level of the selected airflow as well as the exact percentage of energy available within the 3,600 mAh Lithium-Ion accumulator. The outer casing combines shockproof ABS plastic and fireproof polycarbonate to thermally insulate the handle from the heat rejected at the back of the Peltier plate, ensuring a comfortable and secure grip throughout the duration of use.

As a retailer or technician, it is essential to explain to your customers the energy constraints related to thermoelectric technology to avoid unjustified after-sales returns. The Peltier effect module ("Ice Block") requires a high maintenance current to generate artificial cold. Consequently, continuous use of the cooling mode combined with maximum fan speed will drastically reduce the battery life of the 3,600 mAh battery compared to simple blowing mode. Furthermore, for charging, advise the end-user to use a standard 5V/2A (10W) mains block. The internal charging controller is not designed to negotiate the voltage of ultra-fast chargers for laptops or smartphones over 30W, which could restrict the charging speed or trigger the device's thermal safety.
