Grades A-B-C:
Partial tests did not reveal any defective parts, but thorough testing must be conducted by the refurbisher. A battery replacement may be necessary if its condition warrants it.

Smartphone spare parts are not, with the exception of the battery, directly subject to the CE mark as they are not considered autonomous products that can function independently (unlike a charger or power bank, for example).
However, when used to repair a final product such as a smartphone, the smartphone itself must comply with CE standards if it is intended to be sold in the European Union.
A distinction must, however, be made between:
