Device Conditions

The devices offered are available in several conditions, each reflecting the level of use and interventions performed:

• New: The device is brand new and benefits from the direct European manufacturer warranty. It has never been used and is supplied in official manufacturer packaging.
• Refurbished: The device has been audited by a partner. Non-functioning parts have been replaced and battery health is guaranteed. Depending on the partner, a warranty may be offered to the reseller. Data has been wiped prior to sale.
• Functional: The device has been partially tested by our teams to identify damaged components. Network connectivity or battery have not been tested and may require replacement before resale by the refurbisher. No warranty is provided, except in case of DOA (dead on arrival). Data has been wiped prior to sale. The refurbisher must thoroughly inspect the device upon receipt and perform all necessary checks before resale.
• To Repair: Faults or damages have been identified by our teams. Issues are specified on the product sheet. Data has been wiped prior to sale. No warranty applies, except in case of a defect not mentioned in the product description. Batteries are never tested and are therefore considered potentially needing replacement.

Aesthetic Grades

Refurbished devices are classified according to cosmetic grades reflecting their visual condition:

• Grade A: Very good condition, minimal signs of wear.
• Grade B: Good condition, visible signs of use.
• Grade C: Fair condition, obvious wear.
• Grade MIX ABC: Random grade (A, B, or C).
