MECHANIC TIA-11 Precision Tweezers (High-Performance Titanium Alloy)
Description
The MECHANIC TIA-11 tweezers are a manual metrology instrument designed for high-level micro-soldering operations. Manufactured from an aerospace-grade titanium alloy, they meet the requirements of technicians working under a binocular microscope on latest-generation integrated circuits. Their major physical property lies in their total non-magnetism: they do not interfere with any sensitive electronic components and prevent the residual adhesion of screws or solder micro-balls during reballing phases.
From a technical point of view, the TIA-11 is distinguished by extremely low thermal conductivity compared to steel. When holding a 0.01mm copper wire or a passive component during soldering, the tweezers do not absorb the heat produced by the iron, ensuring faster and cleaner solder melting without the risk of a "dry joint". Its 0.1mm straight tip allows access to high-density component areas, such as around processors or NAND memories, without accidental contact with peripheral elements.
The ergonomics of the TIA series have been designed for prolonged repair sessions. Its featherweight of 14 grams significantly reduces hand muscle fatigue, while the opening tension is calibrated to offer precise tactile feedback, allowing the technician to feel the pressure exerted on the most fragile components.

Workshop Advice & Usage
The MECHANIC TIA-11 is a surgical precision tool that requires rigorous maintenance. To guarantee the longevity of the tip alignment, avoid any use for lifting shields or scraping resin residues (underfill). In case of solder flux residues, prefer gentle cleaning with isopropyl alcohol. We recommend always keeping the tweezers in their protective tube or with their original cap to prevent a fall from dulling the fineness of the 0.1mm tip.
