It is essential for separating the broken glass from the LCD/OLED module without damaging the backlight or the sensitive touch layers.

Equipped with an intelligent temperature control microprocessor, the station ensures perfectly homogeneous heat diffusion over the entire aluminium alloy exposure surface. This thermal stability is crucial for softening OCA or LOCA adhesive uniformly, thus avoiding hot spots that could cause irreversible discolouration on OLED screens. The integrated vacuum pump generates high suction force, capable of holding even heavily cracked panels thanks to the provided high-temperature silicone mat.

Designed for intensive B2B use, this machine features a robust chassis with reinforced electrical insulation. The version delivered with a standard EU plug eliminates the risk of electric arcs associated with travel adapters, ensuring optimal safety for the technician and the equipment. Workshop Advice & Usage

To prolong the life of the vacuum pump, ensure that no glass residue or cleaning liquid (type 8222) enters the suction holes. Always use the perforated silicone mat to ensure the vacuum seal. For highly fragmented screens, we advise applying a transparent adhesive film to the glass before placing the screen on the machine: this allows for uniform suction over the entire surface despite the broken glass. A temperature of 85°C is generally the "sweet spot" for most OCA glues without risk to the panel.
