Mechanic Power 200 | High-Power Charging Station
Description
The Mechanic Power 200 is an industrial-grade intelligent charging station, specifically developed for service centres and microsoldering workshops. Thanks to the integration of GaN (Gallium Nitride) technology, it delivers a total power of 200W with superior energy efficiency and optimal heat dissipation. It effectively replaces a multitude of disparate chargers with a single source capable of simultaneously powering power-hungry laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
Beyond simple charging, this tool acts as a diagnostic instrument thanks to its integrated high-definition LCD screen. It allows real-time monitoring of the voltage (V) and current (A) delivered to each of the 6 physical ports, as well as the upper wireless charging zone. This precise monitoring enables the technician to instantly identify consumption anomalies, facilitating the detection of faulty charging circuits or end-of-life batteries on customer devices.
The station supports the latest protocols, including Power Delivery 3.1 (allowing up to 140W on a single USB-C port) and Quick Charge 3.0. Its compact design and non-slip base make it a central element of the workbench, ensuring a clean organisation and immediate power availability for all post-repair tests.

Workshop Advice & Usage
For reliable diagnostics, always use certified cables supporting the PD 100W/240W (E-Marker) protocol with this station. If you observe a rapid oscillation of the amperage on the LCD screen when connecting a device, this may indicate a battery protection cycle or an intermittent short circuit on the motherboard. When charging a MacBook Pro 16", you must use the first USB-C port (C1) to benefit from the maximum power of 140W. Ensure that the side ventilation vents are not obstructed to guarantee the longevity of the GaN components during intensive use at full load.
