Technologically, the CP14+ integrates a 150W heating system controlled by a precision microcomputer. This electronic regulation allows for rapid temperature rise (up to 120°C in less than 30 seconds) while avoiding dangerous thermal overshoots for sensitive components. A major feature of this model is its integrated LED dust detection ramp: by projecting a light on the screen surface, it reveals the slightest impurities or glue residues, facilitating perfect cleaning before re-gluing or applying a protective film.

The ergonomics of the "Plus" version have been specifically designed to optimize space on the workbench. Workshop & Usage Advice

For separating tablet screens, we recommend setting the station between 80°C and 90°C. The use of the LED ramp is particularly critical during the final cleaning phase: turn off the ambient lights at the workstation to maximize the contrast of the detection LEDs and ensure a surface free of any micro-particles before sealing. Regularly clean the silicone plate with a dry cloth or slightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol (device off and cold) to preserve the quality of thermal diffusion and the cleanliness of customer components.
