MaAnt 1:1 Pressing Clamp - Precision Vice for Screen Bonding
Description
The MaAnt 1:1 pressing vice is the professional solution for finishing your smartphone repairs with surgical precision. This high-performance holding device is designed to apply constant and perfectly distributed pressure when bonding screens or back glass. Thanks to its micrometric screw clamping system, you can adjust the pressure force with a finesse that spring clamps do not allow, thus eliminating the risk of spots on the display or breakage of the thinnest OLED panels. Its compact design and robust aluminium alloy structure make it a reliable tool for guaranteeing perfect adhesion of your adhesives and seals.
Designed for device safety, the MaAnt vice is equipped with soft silicone protections on all contact areas. These pads protect the chassis against scratches and absorb micro-irregularities for a homogeneous force distribution. Whether you are working on an iPhone with flat edges or a curved Android smartphone, this clamp adapts to all configurations. By using the MaAnt 1:1 clamp, you ensure an impeccable finish for your customers, avoiding premature peeling and ensuring that the screen is perfectly flush with the chassis.

Workshop Advice & Usage
For optimal bonding, do not apply excessive pressure immediately. Technical tip: After applying your glue (B-7000 for example), position the screen, tighten the vice until contact, then give an extra quarter turn. Use at least two clamps (one at the top, one at the bottom) for uniform distribution. If you are working on a broken but functional screen that you simply want to re-glue, place a thin sheet of plastic between the silicone and the screen to prevent glass shards from becoming embedded in the clamp's protection.
