Workshop Advice & Usage

For safe screen separation, we recommend stabilising the temperature between 75°C and 80°C. Above 90°C, the risk of liquid crystal discolouration or plastic ribbon cable deformation becomes critical. Before placing the device on the mat, ensure the silicone surface is free of glass debris or solder residue to guarantee perfect thermal contact and avoid scratching the back glass or screen. After use, allow the mat to cool flat before storage to preserve the integrity of the internal polyimide film.
