The MaAnt F712 is a multifunctional workstation designed to optimise the critical stages of smartphone repair. This model combines a precision heating plate, a vacuum suction system, and a rotating mechanical vice. This unique architecture allows technicians to fully secure a device up to 7 inches, facilitating not only the separation of the touch glass but also the disassembly of the frame and the safe removal of glued batteries. Its 360° rotating platform offers total freedom of movement, allowing the working angle to be adjusted without ever directly handling the part being heated.

The F712's holding system is a hybrid type: it uses an integrated vacuum pump to hold the LCD/OLED panel, complemented by two lateral clamping jaws operated by a worm screw. This dual fixation is particularly effective for interventions on deformed frames or broken rear glass where a vacuum seal is difficult to achieve. The aluminium alloy heating plate ensures stable thermal inertia, essential for softening structural adhesives and OCA glues without damaging heat-sensitive components thanks to its PID digital regulation.

Workshop Advice & Usage

The MaAnt F712 is particularly effective for removing iPhone and Samsung batteries: fix the frame with the lateral jaws, set the heat to 75°C for 2 minutes, then use the rotation to orient the phone to facilitate the insertion of your extraction tools. For screen separation, be careful not to overtighten the lateral jaws so as not to strain the frame; simply use them as a safety guide in addition to the vacuum suction.
