Device Conditions

The devices offered come in several conditions, each reflecting the level of use and the interventions performed:

• New: The device is new and benefits from the manufacturer's direct European warranty. It has never been used and is offered in official manufacturer packaging.
• Refurbished: The device has been audited by a partner. Non-functional parts have been replaced and the battery level is guaranteed. Depending on the partner, a warranty may be offered to the reseller. Data wiping has been performed before sale.
• Functional: The device has been partially tested by our teams to identify parts showing damage. The network or battery have not been tested and may require replacement before resale by the refurbisher. No warranty is provided, except in the event of failure upon receipt. Data wiping has been performed before sale. The refurbisher must imperatively inspect the device upon receipt and perform the essential checks before any remarketing.
• To be repaired: Faults or damage have been detected by our teams. The faults are specified on the product sheet. Data wiping has been performed before sale. No warranty is associated, except in the event of a fault not indicated in the product description. Batteries are never tested and are therefore considered as potentially needing replacement.

Aesthetic Grades

Refurbished devices are classified according to grades that reflect their aesthetic condition:

• Grade A: Very good condition, minimal signs of wear.
• Grade B: Good condition, visible marks of use.
• Grade C: Fair condition, obvious wear.
• Grade MIX ABC: Random grade (A, B, or C).

Commercial Reminder

Excerpt from the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (article 16):

• Intended for refurbishers, no direct resale to the end user.
• Compliance with legal safety obligations and full testing by the refurbisher.
• Returns prohibited except for non-compliance with conditions.
