Workshop Advice & Usage

The Doro Leva E30 is supplied without a mains block (USB-C cable and cradle provided only). To ensure optimal charging and preserve the battery, use a 1A to 2A adapter.
After-Sales Service point of vigilance: This model includes a "battery preservation" software function that can be activated in the settings, which limits charging to 80%. If a customer claims their phone "is not charging to 100%", check if this option is enabled before any hardware intervention. Finally, remind the user that the USB-C port is for charging, but using the included charging cradle is highly recommended to avoid mechanical stress on the internal charging ribbon cable.
