Workshop Advice & Usage

The Doro Leva E10 exclusively uses a Nano-SIM (4FF) card. Although it comes with a charging cradle, we recommend advising the activation of the automatic keypad lock (via settings) to avoid frequent "pocket dials" common with candybar models. Technical note: As with the rest of the Leva range, a software option allows the charge to be limited to 80% to extend battery life; in the event of a customer complaint regarding perceived "incomplete" battery life, check this setting before diagnosing a faulty battery. For storing audio files or photos, adding a MicroSD card is almost essential given the limited internal memory.
