Workshop Advice & Usage
To benefit from Gigabit speeds (1000 Mbps), ensure your network cable and router also support this standard. When using Power Delivery charging, we recommend using an original or certified power adapter of at least 60W to ensure stable power to both the hub and the computer simultaneously. It is normal for the aluminium casing to become slightly warm during operation; this is a sign of good internal heat dissipation. Finally, avoid abruptly disconnecting the hub during a data transfer to prevent any risk of file corruption on your external storage media.
