2UUL CVT Pro DA85 - Precision Electric Polishing Pen
Description
The 2UUL DA85 "CVT Pro" polishing pen is the most sophisticated rotary tool in the 2UUL range, designed for surgical-level interventions on smartphone motherboards. Its main innovation lies in its Coreless motor which eliminates parasitic vibrations, allowing for micron-level grinding precision under a microscope. Thanks to its Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) system, the technician can adjust the rotation speed with total fluidity, thus avoiding fatal jolts when removing resin or milling integrated circuits (NAND/CPU).
Ergonomically, the DA85 features a lightweight and balanced aircraft-grade aluminium body, offering a grip similar to that of a drawing pen. Fast charging via the USB-C port and integrated LED indicators ensure the tool is always ready for action. Its universal chuck accepts a wide variety of bits, from diamond grinding wheels for removing hard material to polishing brushes for surface finishing.
The CVT Pro is the ideal investment for securing chip "grinding" operations, a technique increasingly used to replace programmed components without thermal desoldering.

Workshop Advice & Usage
Grinding NAND or CPU chips requires a very steady hand. Recommended method: Set the speed to an intermediate level via the CVT dial and perform light circular movements without ever applying strong vertical pressure. Let the diamond of the grinding bit do the work. Technical note: To avoid any accumulation of conductive dust on the motherboard, use a dust blower or a fume extractor simultaneously. After each use, check the tightness of the chuck to maintain perfect concentricity of the bit, ensuring there is no wobble during rotation.
