2UUL BigEye No.1 (DA55) - Motorised OCA Glue and Adhesive Remover
Description
The 2UUL DA55 "BigEye No.1" is a professional-grade cleaning tool intended for screen refurbishment and mobile repair workshops. This motorised roller simplifies the most time-consuming step of the repair: removing stubborn adhesive residues. Thanks to its optimised rotation speed, it mechanically winds OCA glue or frame seals around its metal rod, thus avoiding the massive use of chemical solvents that could seep into backlight layers or damage internal components.
In terms of ergonomics, the tool stands out with its large, textured central control button, nicknamed "BigEye". This pulse switch offers excellent responsiveness for precisely dosing the winding of glue flush with the circuit. Its high-capacity battery and USB-C charging port ensure extended autonomy to process several devices in a row on the workbench, without being hindered by restrictive power cables.
Lightweight and easy to handle, the BigEye No.1 features intuitive control buttons to reverse the direction of rotation, allowing it to be adapted for both left-handed and right-handed users or to facilitate the removal of glue accumulated on the rod.

Workshop Advice & Usage
The BigEye No.1 is formidable on OCA glue after separating a glass. Recommended method: Start at a corner of the glue residue, let the rod wind a small piece, then move the tool slowly over the entire surface to peel off the material evenly. Technical note: To remove the glue accumulated on the metal rod, simply reverse the direction of rotation or gently pull the "sausage" of glue outwards. Never clean the rod with a sharp object to avoid scratching the steel, which would reduce the efficiency of the winding during future interventions.
