Before installation, it is imperative to identify the controller's motherboard version. This kit is exclusively compatible with the BDM-010 revision (recognisable by the absence of a "V2" logo on the circuit board or by the shape of the L2/R2 spring supports). During reassembly, particular attention must be paid to the positioning of the trigger springs and the conductive silicone membranes. Misalignment of the membrane under the action buttons can reduce the responsiveness of the carbon contact or cause unwanted "double clicks".
